Phantom power in the most basic form comes with a preamp. I am just curious why you would want a phantom power stand alone. A Behringer simle 2 xlr channel would have phantom power in the inputs and cost about $65.oo . UB802, I think.
I agree. Buying an el cheapo mixer would be the best way to get phantom power, since you might be able to use the mixer for other purposes as well. However, if all you want is phantom power, Behringer also makes this: http://www.behringer.com/EN/Products/PS400.aspx
Hung Brothers or Eng Ho Bee should be able to source it for you, since I think they're official Behringer dealers.
nazz94 : like the others said, most standalone preamp comes with phantom power, behringer phantompower supplies / mixers will work. if you want a little "branding" , http://www.rolls.com/product.php?pid=PB223 Rolls is one of my favourite brands. nothing to do with rolls royce though. you can get from www.hungbros.com
