Hi I know of the existence of the ellie koet store but sadly they do not sell the Edge Pro II..i really need it to replace my screwed up beyond measure Edge III which is slowly killing me. Anyone knows of any shop/ contact please post. Thanks so much =)

It would be useful to know which shops have the OFR, Kahler, Edge and other trems as well.

Thanks =)

Yo that one at ellie koet can..google it its in singapore..damn crap lah they bring all but edge pro..and they sell edge III the worse in existence...IF ONLYYY ARGH

Edge Pro II I don't think any where stocks it. it's quite a "rare" trem.

before sourcing for other trem alternatives, you must know whether the trem can fit into the cavity. if not, you need to route.

btw, guitar connection carries OFR trems.

edge pro is not cheap to buy separately even if someone does have it. I only have lots of original edges and lo pros. bring down your bridge and compare the size with those in shops. that'd definitely give you more choices.

Oh..gotoh direct fit? Argh conflicting reports of this some say must route some don't need. Anyway yes i have checked out the Gotoh on youtube as well and sounds great. I shall take your advice and go davis get a Gotoh. I wanted to replace the bridge myself lol but if got routing or sanding scared already, takes alot people! And btw the Edge zero parts i think you can get at ellie koet, google it

Just go over to davis, and replace it with the Gotoh Floyd. It's a direct drop in without the need of other modifications. Way cheaper and way better than Edge Pro II and Edge III, which are by all means.. crap.

wait a minute...

I've tried to do this to my RG1550 before. I can tell you guys for a fact that the Gotoh cannot fit into a Edge Pro route for Ibanez guitars. Please don't rush down to buy.

I'll take pictures to show you guys later. Yes I agree that the Gotoh is both stable and too cheap to be true but they are a direct drop for Ibanez guitars with a Edge / Lo-Pro route. The tightening screws will hit the edge of your route plus even if you manage to squeeze it in, the amount of pull up is limited.

Sad to say only an Edge Pro can fit into guitars with an Edge Pro route.

I'm a huge fan of Ibanez guitars and whatever mods can be done to it, I've probably tried it before :x .

Anyone have any idea where to get stud posts for edge zero 2? eille koet doesnt seem to have...

And other than edge zero, no other tremolo can fit in the edge zero 2 cavity right?

Gotoh cannot fit Edge Pro route. It can fit the Edge III route. TS has a Edge III equipped guitar and wants a new trem right? Unless I mis-read it somewhere, which I actually might.

And yes, Edge pro route can only fit in the Edge pro. I tried that myself too. As a matter of fact, the Edge cannot fit into the Edge/Lo pro route (Doesn't allow you to pull up). I've tried pretty must most of the combi under the sun. Unless there is some new type of trem out there with diff measurements, I've probably tried them all.
