ayotte are boutique drums...

it's like asking is a Ferrari a better buy or a Proton kancil....

ayotte are not cheap... and what's the point of wasting so much $ on it unless u can find cheaper sources.

drumsmith is the budget version. still made in canada i think. finish al the same but the sizes are standard so u can't choose.
i want a diff sound already, ayotte's very jazzy and i wanna rock out abit.
ahhaah
i'm going to sell it in aussie but if anyone is willing to pay the feight which is abt 450 bucks then i'd bring it back. if not the aussie dudes will get their beer stained hands on them

i heard from alvin that u can make cheap snares at aus since their machine is readily available to do all the job.. Issit true bro???

i really want a new snare.. one that's probably made of jarrah but at a price thats exceptionally affordable and custom....

plus, are there any LV finishes around??? :D

jimmy, B.H.HOE ayotte featured drumset at his place costs 26,000 SGD...

unless u won 250,000 playing deal or no deal. his featured set is a ayotte custom canada.... u can try em out but he expect to buy it from you...

A standard mentality that's now our famous stereotypes in MOST OF THE shops in singapore...

"Come here see see must buy, no buy no service for you!"

so bro blurred, Ayotte drumsmith meaning the Imitation version of ayotte ha? But still made in canada and u have to cover cost and freight fee or there are locals who sells ayotte at oz???

I heard lots of issues with fake drum stuff man... the imitation market is really2 big.!!!

no wat imitation, its the real deal. i'd take some pics of it when i head back tonight.
mine is steel hoop and not wood hoop.

yah alvin's right there is a custom maker in aus. a jarrah snare is abt 450 sing

my asking price is 2.5k. no its the drum smith line not the custom. the drumsmith line was when ray ayotte was still with the company. i heard the drums aren't the same after he left.

450 is shipping from aud to sing. i'm not sure its exactly tht but its close. i will send the bill anyhow.

the kit is a 10 x 9, 12x10 , 16x14, 22x16.
i'm throwing in a dw 14X 5 BLACK satin snare as well.
the kit is dark walnut except for the 10 tom which is red. will post pics soon
