What's the Beef?

I don't really understand why America hates Hinder and Nickelback so much.

Is there any reasons whatsoever?

not a really a fan of hinder but nickelback is cool.

haha,i guess with success comes jealousy.Jealousy isn't entirely a good thing haha.

Nickelback has this habit of rehashing their older material, in almost the exact same way, and packaging and selling it as new material. They've been pretty much making a living on the same couple of songs for a substantial amount of their career.

Also, they're Canadian.

I don't know about Hinder.

I believe Nickelback is okay.
They're new album is quite unlike their previous ones.
Heavier sound and more guitar solos.
Of course there are the slower songs that do sound like their previous stuff but you have to admit that they are nice.

As for Hinder, I'm quite clueless.
Though I know they recently tried to pull off a stunt on their new album.
hear hear. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nyeuHvhRgVM
Hardcore classic rock fans will be infuriated haha.

Interesting feedback.....

Visa: Really? Had no clue about it till I listened carefully. But, like what Reubenfjk said, they do sound nice. In my opinion.

Reubenfjk: That link.......wasn't really my cup of tea. I know they did a much better job covering Born to Be Wild.

Keep the comments comming!

actually I thought that cover wasn't too bad!

good stuff, to me. If I caught it at a live show, I'd be grooving along.

cos there are just one too many of these american/canadian rock bands out there. They all sound the same not after a while but immediately. I want to see a rock band that comes out with somethinh fresh, yet at the same time sticking to the roots of american rock. The last band that did that was RATM, rock with funk and rap, it seemed rubbish but the music was genius.

last time I checked they sold millions of records and probably had fun doing that, I don't think anyone genuinely hates them, except maybe Portugal.

I'm more of a Nickelback fan, since i've been listening to their material 4 years ago.

Hinder, in my opinion, is a mix of unique vocals with listenable instruments.

Or am I the only one that thinks like that? :(
