but i felt that what we are lacking is TOUR MANAGERS

Tour manager? I don't thing theres a need in Singapore.

Theres MRT , Taxi , Bus.

If I'm not wrong, band managers take charge of the band during the tour. Like doing stuffs on schedule, get ready transport, accomodation, band's well-being, clothes band wearing, equipments and stuffs. Everything the band do is trust the manager and just give a one word answer "yes" or "no" to things.

yeah i dont think bands who only perform in singapore need tour managers. unless there is a...y know a rock festival in singapore(i hope!) then different parts of singapore have venues for gigs then the bands exchange venues each day.
