I always go to Olando at Thomson area. I think it's quite good but that's just my opinion. Or you can try Fourtones. My friend likes it there.

I would go for Chapter 6 coz of it's awesome room, good equipments and most importantly the people there are very nice and kind to give a few pointers or 2..
