What string gauges do you use?

Come come lets share the string gauges you use and why. I'm currently using the regular .010 to .046. Was on .009 to .042 last time. Sounds better but bending's a bitch, feel like chaging to .009 to .046.

i don't bend much so i'm with the .009 set. for shorter scaled instruments, i have the .0095 set in them: PRS/ Gibson/ Ibanez SZ 8)

sorry to borrow this thread but anyone adjusted their own guitar's intonation? and its a floyd rose bridge?

Using Daddario 10-46 for one guitar, hope to get another guitar n string it 10-54 for the altered tunings,..

blue steel 10-46 or DR 10-46
love the tone of the lower strings...esp for metal kinda type

might try using 11...in future...but i worry abt the neck bridge..

The solution to floyd problems: block it. I blocked mine.

hmm the intonation isn't supposed to go off periodically whatever bridge you use. unless the screw holes are going off or there's too much tension from the strings on the guitar or something.
