What is the best way to shield a plastic enclosure?

Hi guys.. Im currently trying to shield a plastic box from noise.. Using aluminum foil is quite tedious.. Is there any other way?

Copper paint? Just paint it on. Expensive and not widely available though.

Shielding paint or Copper foil. Remember to ground it.
