What is that jamming studio in Excelsior?

any one knows the shop name/number to the malay jamming studio at the basement of excelsior? It's next to the toy shop, along the specialised drum shop... the only other jamming studio beside gtr77 which is located beneath the escalator....anyone been there? need the no. urgently..thank you very much..
