What do you put in your gig bag?

Keyboardists, just curious what you bring in your gig bags for performances/gigs. We know the guitarists have their pedals etc. Keyboardists?

Mine:

1. Lots of 1/4" cables (at least 6-8 long ones and about 4 short ones)
2. 2 sustain/switch pedals and 1 expression pedal
3. Various converter plugs (1/4" to 1/8", 1/8" to 1/4", phone jack splitters, power point head adapters convering from round to flat heads etc)
4. Power adapter (mine can take in various plugs - 2 pins flat, 3 pins square, has fuse and and earth line that hangs dangling out).
5. Hot water bottle (without the water during packing, or couse) - some venues I played had the air-con turned down to freezing temperatures. Fingers get really stiff and hard to play. After one experience, I always carry a rubber hot water bottle in case - so I can warm my hands and fingers.
6.

 No gig but.....well....

1. 1 gigantic fakebook
2. Various song sheets
3. Many little clips (to keep the song sheets from flying)
4. 1 Pencil
5. 1 Eraser

6. Multi colour Highlighter - very important if you songsheet has got chords of 3 or 4 keys scribbled close to each other on the same page. :D

ps: hi pf!

Hey hayabusa...

Hahaha.....highlighters very impt!

My pencil and eraser is for last min change of keys by the vocals. But the highlighters come in when they can't decide which key the want. =)

Oops....sorry to hijack this thread.

Omgosh that sounds like you're moving house........

Perhaps i should just stick to playing for a choir cos at least you don't have to worry about moving the piano...

Ok jk.. but seriously.. that was kinda :S

Not really moving house. All fit nicely into a bag. Oh, Kelvin, the light thing is a really good suggestion. I used to have that as well.
