my advise is to SAVE MORE till $400/- ,unless, you really so desperate,
go for the LOUSY ones lor.

it's your choice.

bass ain't like much similar to guitars, we are talking about the tones, wood, and the pups. every single bit matters and will affect your playing.

a gd bass guitar will inspired you to practice on or more.

I love my 6 string spector and 4 strings fender jazz, that's why I look forward to my practices everyday. Just touching the instrument and hearing the boom boom sounds makes me feel warm IMHO, i'm not a rich kid or anything. I really save up and work countless of part-time jobs.

I'd agree with him... Saving up for the real deals really gives you great satisfaction... Even for me, a Warwick Rockbass which i saved up for just didn't gve me that sense of... phwoar when i picked it up as compared to when i tried my friend's Fender Jazz... Or maybe the grass is just greener on the otherside...


But if you're desperated, SX would be a great deal...

save more la. You can do better than that. Nowadays kids buy handphone $500-$800 also have. Thus, save more for a good bass makes u happy everytime u pluck, slap and play on it... If u really have the interst then upgrade...
