Washburn

Hi anybody tried out Washburns before?they look pretty good.im aiming for the X11,24 frets maple neck and big headstock haha.Saw some at Dan's.any opinions?

i totally love my washburn. Its discontinued, bought it 3 years back at swee lee they carry a couple of washburns now i think.

Whoo!! Yay!! another Guitar shop to Check out!! but do they have like alot of Washburns (official dealer) and stuff like that ? or is it like Symphony Music ?

Washburn makes good quality guitars, not only does it look good, it sounds and feels good as well. I think the ones you saw at Dan's were the lower ends one, their higher end ones are really superb, but no idea why they are not as popular compared to other big brands. Not saying that the lower end ones suck, but the only thing i feel about the lower end series are the pickups, they seem to have a lack in character and the single coils ain't got much twang.

I used to own a N2, its one of the best axes I've played so far, and I really regret selling it off, but if I had the chance to get it again, I'll definitely grab it without hesitation!
