Wants to form a pop punk band~

I wanna form a 4 piece band to play pop punk music like ATL, FOB, Blink 182 etc..
We can start of with like casual jamming session and talk about seriousness later I guess??
I'm currently 21 so preferably people around the same age? Race don't matter?

I just need one more guitarist, bassist and drummer~
