maybe a small performance by 1 or 2 bands can.. gig in school i dont think so. if ur school if poly or what thats another case lah.. sec sch normally not possible.. :wink:

well, basically the cost will mostly be in the sound system + musical instrument (MI) department.

let me do a fast calculation for you.

PA + MI = $1500

Say, you got 5 bands. Each band has 4 members. Initial investment = $1500 / (5*4) = $37.5

To break even, you need to sell 300 x $5 tickets.

Maybe you are in a school where they 'promote' entreupunership. Ask them for SEED funding, say $1000. ha..ha...

Then your investment is $500 / (5*4) = $25

* to recoup individual investment, you need to sell 100 x $5 tickets. :lol:
