Wampler Pedals

Hey guys
I've just got some money so I would like to buy an dist pedal for myself.
My current rig is a squier tele custom (h-h configuration) and a vox pathfinder 15r.

I would like to have a distortion pedal that is versatile as I play lots of type of music,
Alt rock, pop rock, heavy/old school metal kind of stuffs...
Ranging from Paramore, Taylor swift, Metallica and many more...

I would like to have a tone that is not fuzzy/digital but what I want is those dist tone that sounds full of presence/clarity with sustain and not too much gain...is like the song "you shook me all night long with more gain"

I have tried high/low end pedals and these pedals are in mind:
1. Plexitortion v1 by wampler
2. Plexitortion by wampler
3. Super plexitortion by wampler
4. Wampler pinnacle by wampler

Which of these will be of my choice and what's the rough estimation of these
Pedals 2nd hand.

I've Also heard there are clone of wampler pedals around... Can anyone do share with us?

Thanks in advance!

The Plextortion sounds like your kinda thing. As to which version, it depends on whether you want the boost function or not. As for second-hand prices, you can expect it to be upwards of $200.

Okko dominator?
so far that's the best I've tried I prefer that to wampler triple wreck, wampler pinnacle, blackstar HT blackfire, toneczar openhause
yea I tried all of these pedals and I own the wampler triple wreck and blackstar HT blackfire.

+1 for MaxZ Hi-Gain Monster, or other dual channel pedals like Goosoniqueworx Seventheaven or Fulltone GT-500. Having two channels or switchable gain will be very useful considering the wide range of genres you're interested in.

Even for the Wamplers, consider the Pinnacle Limited/Deluxe or bigger Plextortion v1. These 2-footswitch versions only retail for $40 more than the single versions at SV.

plexitortion v1 2nd footswitch boost volume.. not gain. i own 2 of it. Definately cut thru mix. the original super plexortion plenty of gain compare to v1. i would recommend u go sv woodland branch try it out. u can take yr time choose between all the pedal u mentioned above.

Go to Penin and you can try a myriad of high quality pedals there.
SV Guitars:
Wampler Plextortion, Super Plextortion (and any other Wampler)
Weehbo Morbid Drive, JCM Drive (if it's in stock already)

Guitar 77:
MaxZ Hi-Gain Monster (amazingly cheap for the quality of tone you get)
Shark Warzy, Mr.Big Distortion (high gain pedals)

Davis:
T-Rex Mudhoney II (I'm using this)
EHX Germanium Muff (has a learning curve but really really cheap)

TY Music:
Random sales of their Earthquaker Devices, Retro-Sonic and Catalinbread stuff

Sound Alchemy:
Himmelstrutz Fetto
Sound Alchemy Punch Tone (really good pedal in the vein of Crunchbox)
Boss DS-1 Meat Lover's Mod (the only DS-1 mod I REALLY enjoyed playing)

I had my eyes on the jcm drive and pinnacle previously, but since i got the seventhvn... Its been and permanent block on my board hhaha no regrets
Its definitly worth checking out since its alil cheaper thn thr various listed
