Wah pedal

My only wah pedal is my friend who loves to irritate me, Every time I strum, he goes, "Wahhh Wahh!!!" . Grr... So I pick real fast and he keeps going "Waah wahhh wahhhh wahha hwahhhh." . Cheapest wah pedal I've ever bought, but u cant stop the WAH by stomping on it... PErhaps you can. Real hard.

On a side note, This kind of wah cannot be applied for live performances as the projection is rather weak and the syllables are random. Although batteries are not needed, this kind of wah relies heavily on food and other maintenance issues. Best used as a last resort. Btw , I have found the stomp controls, it turns On and OFf automatically when I kick it in the nuts. So yeah... However, stomping the nut controls a very expressive screamy WAH , which is favourable :p

Well, it depends on the model which you get, Each "Wah" pedal has different settings, which are set when the pedal/guy is made. However with a few hard knocks I guess the wah can be customised. Regarding true bypass, only happens when there are hot chicks, the wah will stop temporarily, instead will go "OooooOoooo..."

I use a Fulltone Clyde Deluxe wah.

I've compared it with some of the generic wahs out there and its just sounds more natural.

I've never tried it opposite the RMC line but the RMC does have many supporters out there. Get in touch with Yong at www.misse.com for more info.

I suggest you give the RMC and the Fulltone a try and see which suits your needs better.

On the other hand, its hard to discount what other manufacturer's like Digitech & Morley are doing. The tones are a variation of the wah sound and you should give them a try as well if you're playing more distorted music.

I'm not a guitar or wah expert (actually I'm new to wah) by any means so its good to have some pointers.

I'm using 535Q at the moment, good for some basic things that I do, but abit noisy and I feel it does suck some tone due to the fact it is not true bypass. I'm not really blown away by the tone. But I was definitely impressed with the tone my church guitarist gets out of a Fulltone Clyde deluxe.
