about to bring in a secondhand amp head from the states

could someone guide me with this?
like do i pay before or after i receive the package,

Does ur item exceed $400 sing in total? If yes, then u need to pay GST. When ur item reaches any of the Vpost US destinations, u will pay for the shipping and GST at the same time. Make sure the amphead is suitable for the local voltage here or u can use a transformer.
