hi guys, wondering what are your views on the vox valvetronix modelling amps?
i'm interested in getting 1 of these as it seems to be able to dial into a variety of very delicious tones! however i've read reviews and many owners are unhappy with it in terms of reliability.. alot of people have commented on input jacks falling into the amp, volume suddenly diminished in the middle of playing, unnatural buzzing/hissing or just plain don't work. or sometimes the presets reset itself or suddenly the volume turn to max by itself. so my question is, is this a problem with the earlier batches and will current batches have such problems fixed? or still present? any owners of these amps here have anything to say about them?
also, what improvements do the valvetronix XL series incorporate and are they really better than the normal valvetronix?
