Voltage in England and Europe

If ur talking abt wiring n external electronic points, there might b difference. Bt anything electronical tht has a plug can b used anywhere, unless ur house really has a small allowance limit, which i doubt so.

most probably you could use...in singapore 220-240 VAC is norm.
If you get some Japanese products which runs on 100 - 110 VAC , you'll need to get a step down transformer in order for your equipment to work. Also take note of the amount of amperes your equipment needs, so that you do not blow the house down....just kidding

i can't remember how much is the voltage in europe, but in the Us and Japan it's 100-120 VAC. There's even 208V and 220V. So just see how much voltage your equipment needs then you should be on your way.

Oh yeah. and some equipment comes with dual power supply, which means at a convenient of a button or knob. you could switch to 110VAC or 230VAC.

:)

I was thinking next time can order amps @ UK or europe..EBAY ofcourse..Whats the proper way to determine the proper wattage stepdown transformer for my equipment?

UK voltage is the same as singapore. other countries in europe like france use diff voltages but if you're ordering from uk its no problem.
