hey guys

thought it'd be cool to just put up some recordings i did and see if anyone fancies it. they were quickies so quality isn't great but yeah, just some vocal samples. i went crazy on the Queen track and had so much fun though it was really straining cos Freddie Mercury's vocals were legendary.

it'll be great to work with other musicians and i myself am seeking female trance-type vocalists to sing on some of my originals becos trance was just meant to be sung by girls, i'm just playing around with trance but a guy's voice like mine won't cut it so when the tracks are up i'll prolly ask around if anyone is interested to just sing on them

i'll prolly put up some of my work on MySpace once i'm done screwing around with it as you can tell with the 2 covers i put up on http://www.myspace.com/ajudec i just layed some vocals on the original music i found.

I second and bump this post because I feel most vocalists here don't have audio samples and it is very hard for people to gauge your vocals and lest, waste time on both parties' end to have to try out endless after endless vocals before hitting the right person.

So a note to all available singers, please prepare a sample of your singing for reference.

My name's Aiden and I play the guitar in the band Parapet Fall.

We're a new and upcoming band with just a little bit more than a ton of passion and love within the members, and we're looking for a vocalist!

Aiden, 16 yrs old, Studying (Hong Kah Secondary) - Lead Guitars / Backup Vocals / Recording Engineer (Internship under Blueprint Studios)

Jackie - 18 yrs old , Studying (Stansfield college) - Rhythm Guitars / Backup Vocals

Zym, 21 yrs old, Army (SCDF) - Bass / Band Manager (Contacts with The Bastard Movement)

Kelvin, 18 yrs old, waiting for army - Drums

The band formed early 2010 and has already written a few songs for recording, but cannot proceed due to the lack of a vocalist to complete the line up.
We are influenced by many many different genres, Pop Punk, Punk Rock, Alternative rock, Power Pop, Post-Hardcore, Hardcore, Metal, Metal-core, Death metal, you name it, thus providing the band a very different sound from many other local bands. We are looking for a sturdy vocalist who has both the power, the range and also the style to make Parapet Fall something Unique and Different from other bands.

And as for commitment-wise, we're all pretty hyped up and all about the band, we have our own Priorities but the band / band members is definitely one of the most important thing to us as we do not take this just as a 'just-for-fun' thing, so,
