i dont think most of the stuff are priced THAT badly here. Take Prs, Marshall and Esp sold by Davis. Their prices are very reasonable. As for other brands...

Singapore prices i think, not that bad, except for some brands like fender and gibson ... To me davis does a good job at keeping prices low, and so i respect them for it .. But if you're from the US OF A????, just buy stuff from there, it's cheaper still ... Not everyone is as lucky as to get overseas prices, i should know ..

hi renu, welcome to singapore. dun forget to check out geylang, yea GEYLANG... some say its a place many chicken lovers go... many say its the best place on earth... and they say u ain't rock n roll if u dun go there, who are the "they" i dunno

our gear prices are pretty reasonable actually, once you spend any extended amount of time overseas you'll realize that.

Pedal wise, our gear is cheaper. Pickups are cheaper here than in the states. Strings are alot cheaper here than in the states or Austrailia.

Amps are around the same, actually gear in singapore is quite cheap if you really look around.

The only thing that we don't really have here is variety, some things you just can't get here and you have to order from abroad thats when things get expensive. Check out pedal prices, look at what MrMisse is charging and look at what you have to pay in the states from websites. Do your currency conversion and you will see what im talking abt.

Gear in singapore is defintely not tt expensive compared to alot of places.

The point is he's from America .. Or perhaps you didn't get the point of the argument in the first place. Hmm .. Lemme see, i can just buy something in my own country for CHEAPER, yet i'd rather go fly halfway across the world to get it for more expensive, and i'll even have to carry the thing all the way back home ... Get the point, stillwater?
