Anyway, If you can, get either the Jackson King V Series/ Rhoads,
alternatively dont look down on the Dean Guitars. I used to own a dave mustaine angel of deth flying v signature.
Brand new costed me 1.4-1.5k within ur budget.
The d neck was awesome, and the mustaine livewire pickups really make emgs sound empty.
Dean makes awesome stuff but they're a little under rated..
If i were you though i'd still get a jackson for personal preferences

i've always got a thing for jackson guitars, though i never did get around to owning one. so yeah.. jackson's the way to go. and in due time, i'll get mine
