im looking for a texas special middle pickup. but everyone seems to have bridge and neck only.

was wondering whether its possible to use the neck pickup as a middle pickup.

Texas Special Strat Middle Pickup:
DC Resistance: 6.5K
Inductance: 2.6Henries

Texas Special Strat Neck Pickup:
DC Resistance: 6.2K
Inductance: 2.4Henries

im using a lace sensor gold in the neck (5.8k) and a jb jr (hot!) in the bridge.

anyway if u have texas specials to sell. do pm me :D

I do have all the 3 neck mid and bridge for texas pickups but I'm not selling it haha
errr anyway what's your current pickup for your mid?

lace gold. i wanna swap the mid lace sensor for a texas special. so i'd end up with a clean neck, slightly crunchy middle and a heavy bridge

hmmm so far for my gigs and songs I've never used the mid pickup but I'm still not going to sell it haha

if you want a particular crunch from driven settings, the Texas Special would do you good. i did try that in my Strat but i prefer the 57/62 model instead- it does both clean & drive well.
