Using EQ Pedal For Vocals

Anyone ever tried using it? im thinking of hooking up my mic to my EQ pedal to amp? any purpose or special effects it can create.like a loudspeaker kind of voice? anyone know how to create that.

if you have the eq, mic and amp in hand, just plug it in and try, wont that be more useful? Just wondering.

As for the loudspeaker thing, another choice is to go toys r us, look for those toy loud hailer which can be used to vary the vocal.
