use GT2 as a booster

Hi guys i am Crunch box and sans amp GT2 . is it possible to use my GT2 as a booster when i am playing my solo? Please advice thanks

both crunch box and gt-2 are mid-high gain pedals, it's not usual to use gt2 as booster

you'd get a more favourable result with mild drive pedals.

it all depends on what you want to boost. be it
-gain
-volume
-or just more 'tightness' in the tone

you can try.

While the GT2 is meant to do the high gain thing, it can do overdrive. Try dropping the gain while using the Brit/Mesa channel... or using the Fender channel and overdriving it... Stuff like that.

Give it a shot.
