USB Condensor Mics!

Hi all, I've been reading around the posts and it seems like alot of people here recommend the Audio Technica AT 2020 mic. I've checked it out and I intend to buy it, but I have one problem. I don't know if my recording programme, Fruity Loops 9, can detect a USB mic and I dont have any friends with a USB mic. Does anyone know if I'll have problems recording with a USB mic and Fruity Loops? Thanks.

it should detect because a USB mic is a "mic > xlr cable > preamp > audio interface > " USB in one. but remember you're stuck with 1 mono channel for good using it.

but i'm not sure about the details of its ASIO drivers for the USB version.
