Upgrades for my Squier Deryck Whibley Telecaster

hey fellow softies.
im looking to upgrade the set of tuners on my tele.

Can i have some recommendations pls?

Right now,im looking at Grovers, schallers, gotohs,etc.
where is the cheapest place to get it?

i understand there are different measurements to the diameter on the headstock.

man, you Really dont need to "upgrade"

It's my practice guitar.

wanna make it more stable,tuning-wise...
any recommendations?

the tuners are fine, you might wanna tighten the screws.
also too many winds will cause slippage.

i have no issues with mine nor any other squiers

schallers are really good

Hmm, you might want to consider getting the Sperzel Locking tuners from GFS. Will cost you about $65.

i wouldn't start with the tuners but i'd look into the nut first... however good/ upgraded your tuners are, if your nut seems to be the problem, then the tuner upgrade would be futile. but if you have already taken care of that, then move on with the tuner considerations.
