Uneven neck relief on the High and Low E

Im not sure if this have been answered before but i did try searching

Anyway here goes, on my guitar, the relief on the 7th fret (when the 1st and 16th fret are depressed) differs on the 1st and last string :( The high E being lower(close to zero relief) and the low E have like double the relief.

So here comes the No.1 noob question asked in all guitar forum:

Is the neck warped??

It could be.
<edit> it could also be fret uneveness.

Hold the guitar up and look down the neck from the bridge end towards the nut. On a straight neck, you should see all the frets in parallel as they go off into the distance. A warped neck will usually show up fairly obviously here (of course depending on the amount of warp).

Warp is not easily corrected at home - seek out a good tech for second opinion on first the diagnosis, and second, the rectification.

hmm same fret uneven relief, it cant be neck warp, can it? if warp, both high e and low e should have increased relief. if it's warped in this case, i could only imagine the guitar having 2 truss rods with uneven tension.

oh what do i know. just my opinion. hehe.
