Ultra noob question

is this a real question ???

anyways,
open battery compartment slot .... put battery in ... ~

if there's no slot,
you might have to open the backplate of the wah...
there should be 4 screws that hold the backplate inplace,
normally you just have to turn the rubber "stands" (screw's are normally in there)~

JH1 jim dunlop wah.

Haha i put the battery(i tried 4 diff positions) into err clip behind the hatch still cannot work leh! Dunno where else to put. I'm really noob man :?

dude... try using a adapter and see if it works. If it does, that may mean that your circuit leading to battery compartment may be faulty.

4 positions?? I remember when i was young my mum will tell me if you put it wrongly it will explode.. crap..

hahaa.. anyway... try it..

BTW, please tell me you tried the wah when you purchased it and you have got the receipt still.

This is from the Jim Dunlop website:

SET-UP INSTRUCTIONS
Insert a 9 volt battery and/or plug in AC Adapter. The Crybaby wah pedal will operate on either power source.

Run a cord from your instrument to the CryBaby's Instrument Jack.

Run another cord from your amplifier input into the CryBaby's Amplifier Jack.

Turn on the amplifier and begin playing.

To turn the pedal on, push the toe of the pedal down again, until you feel another "click".

Notice: The CryBaby wah pedal is shipped from the factory without a battery to prevent possible damage from leakage. A 9-volt transistor radio battery must be installed for operation if an AC Adapter is not going to be used. We recommend a high quality alkaline battery. To install the battery, remove 4 screws from the rubber feet securing the bottom cover and insert the battery. The Dunlop ECB03 AC Adapter is the recommended adapter for the CryBaby. The adapter jack requires a 5.5/2.1mm coax plug. Most standard 9VDC AC regulated Adapters with greater than 20ma current capability will work. The plug must have a negative center.

is ur wah the one dat needs 1 or 2 batteries ?

wonder how their service center will reply to an e-mail asking how to put batteries in ???

=(, mine has a battery hatch, i think i'm supposed to attach the battery on the clip that is under the hatch. Is the battery supposed to move up and down when it is attached to it? :)

errr. you need to get a new battery. A battery that the juice is depleted cannot be use anymore. DUH!
