Anyone has tried the tunable drum practice pads. The one by sabian? they have it at swee lee. it looks like a conga head man, heavy, just wondering about the feel of it. Anyone with opinions?

I have tried phone books (too hard) promarks ( good for warm up and for beginners to recognise what is bounce) and the black ones at DMRP, too little bounce, swtiching from that to a real drumset affects the tone very much.

So whats the ultimate drum pad man???

i bought eh one that DRMP's had and i personally find it perfect for me! haha soo im selling my remo tunable one for 10dollars! anyone wanna buy pm me! (sorry if its posted in the wrong column!)

I owned the Remo Tunable pad, and i would say its not really worth it..

WHY?

Nope.. The feel of the drum is there.. You can really feel that you are playing a drum when u close your eyes.

There is one factor it has killing the purpose of why drum pad exists...

IT IS BLOODY LOUD!

Not entirely regret spending $20+ on that.. It still works anyway...

I feel great playing on one man, it is super bouncy and you'll feel like a pro! But again, it is false impression.
