Which tremolo bridge you guys prefer to use or would like to have?

Also appreciate feedback on prices and where to get them locally...

Wilkinson trems for floating or vintage trems.. for floydroses, the only one i'll use is the ZR-trem that comes on Ibanez S-series guitars...

Ibanez SAT-type bridges or similar light tremolos like Wilkinsons.

I won't touch Floyd Rose bridges unless I'm paid to use it.

i like the fender vintage 6 screw trem.

an updated and ... more dependable unit is the wilkinson vsvg.
i just got a callaham vintage 6 screw trem... will see if the whole "cold rolled steel mojo" makes a difference.

Why Bro? Floyd Rose not good? Or is it a matter of preferance?

Very troublesome, and if you want to explore alternative tunings, you'd have to get the Floyd Rose bridge set-up for that specific tuning otherwise problems will occur, whereas on a light trem or fixed-bridge, you can retune anytime you want...

I like to alternate between tunings

Bro, I've just check out the ZR-Trem on the net. Quite intresting. Any idea where to get it & how much it cost? Thinking of installing it on my 1986Cyclone axe...:twisted:

u can try gotoh trems , very good quality bridges also!
