Too late to learn?

Im 27 and I just wanna find out if im too late to learn keyboard? I just wanna play some music but is there any ways not to learn notes? Also what do you call those music make from orchestra samples? Thanks

Its never too late to learn anything. I am currently on my death bed learning to play rock Jimi Hendrix style
