It is definitely in, I saw it at the shop.

Between a Podxtl and a Tonelab Le I guess it depends on what your ears really like. Each has it own strengths, have been reading a lot of the forums and it seem most people are saying the Podxtl is better for the harder stuff like metal while the Tonelab is great for blues, rock and not so extreme stuff. Also, there are about a ton of other pluses and minuses in each of them so you really have to do your research quite a bit before buying.
