For standing by us in the faces of adversity (bad weather, full houses and snaking-ly long queues at the door), we bring you Timbre MusicFest 2008, a ten-day celebration of Timbre’s best and Singapore’s very own artists. TMF 2008 is a delicious menu of 100% homegrown talents to be featured on our stages from 19 to 28 September, playing host to different music themes each night.
Be on the look out for Timbre’s tradition of impromptu jamming sessions between resident bands and their musician friends, the long awaited full-length concert by Jack & Rai, and rare reunions amongst true pioneers from the original Singapore music scene.
And as part of the Singapore River Festival’s revelry, lounge by the outdoor Riverfront Stage at Timbre @ The Arts House against the backdrop of the Singapore River and city skyline just for this limited season only.
