actually playing conventional grip for blasting is much2 easier than relying on your fingers to do all the work normally for matched grip players...

if you can see properly, it's stick tapping... u hit the snare once and followed by "carrying on the bounce by tapping". so u rely most on the bounce and ur 2 index and middle finger to tap... - sounds easy but takes years of hard practise to master....
