This thread is for people who got their threads and posts hauled in...

There's none. He's obviously upset about the fact his previous thread called "Anti anti anti" has been locked.

sometimes we start a thread with constructive intentions but we can't stop others from putting in trash. threads get locked up because of the contents in its entirety, not particularly attributable to the TS.

how constructive is it if the dude proclaims that christians have no place in metal? its pretty immature to say that on a public board and will inevitably provoke religious tension.

then it's not a constructive thread per se. we shouldn't attempt to deem it as one.

immature is too polite, really. these kinda comments are staple elsewhere, people assume it can be carried over to SOFT & when contents are moderated, they will bring in the issue of being on a leash here.

hope the issue over at the other thread won't be replicated here.

Statement of apology

With regards to the above statement, I sincerely apologize for any ill-feeling or animosity I have brought up in relation to both of the threads I have started. My intentions were not meant to be perceived as malicious in nature, but more towards a reflection of my views as an atheist. However, I accept that my remarks could be interpreted as insensitive and out of line in this multi-cultural nation of ours, and I hope the community would forgive my transgressions and move on from this unfortunate episode.

I think all threads, unless it is blatant trolling, should be kept open.

Being atheist means you don't believe in a god, I can't see how that has anything to do with you saying christians have no right to be playing metal (I'm assuming that's what you said from what others have said), or do you just think you have a right to dictate what christians can or cannot do?

I have a feeling this thread is gonna get as ugly as the previous thread can potentially be.

maybe mods should re-open the thread where TS will edit his original post in a more polite way? lets say like "what are your views on christian singing black metal?" ok i said MAYBE.. it MAY be interesting. but of course there are many type of metal. too many subgenres.
