its a drum rack.
its an alternative for drummers to mount cymbals, toms on instead of
- toms on top of bass drum
- floor toms on legs
- cymbal boom stands
for some drummers (depending on setup) it is definitely lighter overall and more efficient.
think quite a few brands would have them. your picture is pearl drum rack, can inquire at swee lee or with alvinthedrummer

Wouldnt that depend on what cymbals and hardware you're referring to? e.g brand or series?

well in the US, joey's kit was selling for USD 1,000. Without the rack. the rack are the square tube racks that only pearl has, probably be around 400 for one side. Joey's cymbals are mainly paiste rude series. er... for that i'm not to clear about the price lah... but in total i would average the kit to be 10-12k
look at the thing holding the toms lulz! any idea what it is and is it used commonly locally?(is it called a stand??) its not on the bass drums like always, its on its own stand! lol, any idea if its on sale?
tom racks, i also saw a gibraltar one before... guess many of these drum equip makers make these stuff?

Ranking might have those tom holder stand by Gibraltar... a new shipment just came in recently...
