Decided to let softies know about this guy so you do not waste your time or SMSes on him.

This guy is at another level of being irritating and disgusting.

Pretend to be all keen and sincere, assuring me that he's not a lowballer and how he hates people who aren't genuine too, then made me give him a sincere price that he asked for which I finally agreed to, and then just disappeared without even telling me that he's not keen anymore.

It's perfectly okay to change your mind, but at least have the decency and courtesy to inform. What a worm.

Yea, the problem is that these people don't take responsibility for their SMSes and not respecting other people's time and sincerity.

People who dealt with me before knows I'm damn chill, not usually anal and not easily pissed off. But he's just right up there on the scale.

If you see our SMS correspondence you'd think he's a worm too trust me lol. I guess 1 class act deserves another.

It would be good if "soft.com.sg" can create a record of rating of each buyer and seller, like in other web auction site. After each deal (incl. break up like in your case with 1 star!), both can rate each other in 5 star rating (very good, good, fair, bad and very bad) which should be reflected on profile.

But perhaps, too much to ask?
