has anyone heard of these guys? they're a group of people who come together to do tributes of other bands. its madness. evrything you can think of, they have a tribute album for it.
from metallica to my chemical romance, system of a down to bright eyes, billy joel to beyonce and eminem and evrything in between. they have more than 180 albums to date. which is incredible.
my friend sent me Strung Out on Taking Back Sunday: The String Quartet Tribute. it was amazing stuff. it really puts your favourite songs in a new perspective. although most of the time they're only playing the songs note for note on violins, violas and cello, its still really interesting to listen to.
