the 72 telecaster deluxe

hi guys i thinking of getting a new guitar.... thinking of the 72 tele deluxe
the genres i'm playing are mostly alternative hard rock kinda stuff.... does any1 owns this
guitar... does this guitar suits the kind of genre i'm playing??

erm... in my opinion, all guitars are suited for all genre. if you're concern about the wood type and pickups, they do contribute but your amps and pedals do make a difference too. :mrgreen:

there's a heavy metal band (if i remember correctly), the guitarist uses seymour duncan '59 as his pickups... and if you really love the shape of the '72, just buy it lah. then if you find the sound unsuitable for hard rock, then maybe change pickups lor... like wad sub did... he changed his tele (SS) to SD hot rails and he can play metal on it...
