the flame koa top back and sides to me..comes from one tree..you could see the flames having that 3D effect. I'm pretty impressed with the looks of this plus its in mint condition. no dings no fretwear. Lovely tone, loud yet expressive. There was no swelling on the bridge area. Seem to show that the Taylor Guitars can last.
Tone..this sounded way better that a new revoiced Taylor Koa GC that I did an A/B side by side. Even Brendon agreed.
