An acrylic shell kit like the Ludwig Vistalite. Hmm, wif regards on how to obtain it, tats a tricky one. Can approach one of the local stores tat do Tama kits like SL but be prepared of the waiting time if they dun have it in stock. Or alternatively, ordering online is feasible too if u dun mind the hassle of it.

from what i remember when visiting tama USA website, they have it in production. But i guess u will have to buy it online or directly thru tama...

Not really. Since they are acrylic, they are priced way lower than their normal wood shells kit. After conversion, the price of the kit hardly reached S$3.5K.

Yes, u could squeeze in shipping within tat range too. Wats more wif the currently stronger S$ against the US$. :lol: But bear in mind, the set doesn't come wif snare and hardwares except for tom mounts but i guess tat isnt a prob for us.
