all i know is that TWO eliminators we're for sale... ONE on the reference the display set which's God know's how long it has been there...
And all 3 eliminators we're bought by soft members...
only ONE iron cobra flexi glide was there.. bought by Jit Seng i guess.. i dunnno..
imma start saving up now and wait for the EYS... JIMMMMY ask ur friend bring me in ah EOY... i sell my IC and my ride.. and get 1 ride 1 crash and 1 elims

Reached at 4pm, surprised that there was still a queue just to get in. Queued for about an hour to get in and another hour just to pay up. Unlike last year when I reached at 4+pm, it was free and easy. No queues at all.
Anyway, my purchases yesterday:
Stocked up on some Vic Firth 8Ds, AAX 18" O-Zone crash, Boss DB12 DrBeat metronome and Samson headphones.
Most of the guitars were snapped up. I was surprised by the amount of cymbals left untouched. I'm happiest with the O-Zone crash. I've been wanting to get it for ages. Love the trashy sound it gives.
Unfortunately I have a budget to work with and went with specific items in mind. Or else I would've gotten the HHX rock hats and the 12" HH mini chinese! Next time I guess.
So, it is time for an updated Sabian family portrait after the sale

ahhhh.. crap.. End of year.. hopefully i get a HHX or AAX ozone..
how much u paid for the Ozone bro??? and we're there 8a's?? i was totally broke so thats why i never get anything.. hoping end of year i get enuff $ to get some cymbals and some stuff...

wah.. marc... ur not alone... I have the money to buy since I have saved up, but the crashes Im looking for are sold out, even the elim double peds and elimd hihat stand... and to top it all, going home, the car Im using got hit by a truck. And I have to pay the summon for hat, even if I am at halt at that time.

talking about luck.. theres this show called Million to one at discovery channel..
one episode, it showed a guy, survived 7 fatal accidents...
u name em, he survived em... from burning oil to the face, to his car falling off a big cliff and him being stuck in a tree.. to an airplane crash with only a handful survivors and a train crossing a bridge when the bridge collaspe together with him...
well he thought he was unlucky to have experienced all that on his life and survived them all.. he tested out his luck, bought a scratchie and won 100 million dollars... wow.. i guess some people are just born lucky eyy.. hehe
so guys, stay lucky

The O-zone sounds trashy (almost like a china). Very cutting and bright. Loud too. You can ride on it, but must really know how to control it or else it'll be freaking noisy hahahaa!
Slowly built up my Sabian family over the years. Hopefully can get a pair of nice hats to complete it

The headphones are decent for its price range. Can't expect too much from it lah. It does it's basic job well. I bought it just so that I can have monitor headphones when my friend mixes my band's recordings at his place. Can use it as metronome headphones as well.

mel i saw the db 12's priced at a ridiculous rate. do pm me how much u paid in total after the discount.
BTW, this sale there was no GST absorb. everything they took and add 5% before giving the 50%.
either that or i just got cheated.
I bought a tama tom holder stand, a roadpro hihat stand. 2 pairs of sticks.
Quite happy with the stands purchase, took the only roadpro hatstand that was there, either way they were dirt cheap $75 each only. :lol:
i also took the preimier snare bag, dam solid but come to cashier they say not for sale. :evil:
