Hey there, I am a very beginner female who only picked up the electric guitar for about 2.5 months. Yes, super novice.
I am currently learning at Crist****** Music School.
I just finished learning the Rythm part of the song Beat It by Michael Jackson and I totally enjoy it. I hope my guitar journey does not stop there. I feel I should reach out to play together with other people other than practising infront of my teacher.
I am not sure how this go about as I read this community posts about players looking for other players to play together. (I am sorry for my words, not sure what jargons you use)
I am seeking people to play together. Background of me:
- Female novice electric guitarist wannabe
- Working adult with a full time day job
- Reason for this topic : Want to start somewhere. Hope my repertoire will increase as a result of playing with others. The 'push factor' is important to me.
- I listen mostly to rock/blues
