Hi guys, im a big Sum 41 fan, just wanted to get to know other Sum 41 Fans in the forum. So, are there any other Sum 41 Fans out there?
Hope Sum 41 comes to Singapore to do a show again, didnt get to go to their last appreanace in 2004.
yea, sum 41 became more of a pop band. Dave was that special thing about Sum 41, he gave that twist into their songs. i dont really like Dave's new band, though i listen to metal too. dave should have stayed in sum 41 IMO.
and Steve is funny.
you know someones a sum 41 fan when his username is syam41. hahaha.
been a loyal fan since half hour of power. but its really all killer no filler thats converted me into such a huge fan. chuck is their best work yet in terms of musicianship, and now that dave has left, i doubt anything could top that.
kinda disappointed with underclass hero, but it wont be enough to stop me from being a fan.
anyone else thinks they played the best set at MTV Icon - Metallica? Haha.
all was good except for the bass intro of 'For Whom the Bell Tolls'. I think it sounded bad becuase cone was using a pick, maybe? dont really know much about bass:???:
And i was amused when Dave did the solo of Master Of Puppets.
Not forgetting Avril Lavigne's performance of "Fuel" which kinda sucks but Metallica enjoyed it. And yeah, the "For Whom The Bell Tolls" bass riff didn't sound right, cos every performance of it after Cliff's death always sounded different. NO ONE can imitate the legendary Cliff Burton and his solos and stuff. =D
same here man. it was one of my fav songs when the album just came out. but it gets repetitive as time goes by. same goes for the other songs in the album haha. maybe deryck marrying avril plays a part in how the album comes out. it does sound abit more, radio friendly dont you guys think?
