I know, got like a million and one of these topics, but I'm planning to save up for an acoustic and I want to know uhm, what are those acoustic guitars that are smaller than the usual ones called? 3/4?

Also, I'm thinking of buying something with a thin neck, easy to play and not the full size ones. I can't seem to hold those properly lol. Any shops/models to recommend that fulfills those conditions?

And what do you think about electric acoustics (The Takamine ones)?

well, i dont know alot about guitars but i got my first acoustic today. its a CustomAcoustic, got it at City Music for 312, actual price tag is 390. i got the FG129, and i love it lol

Top: Solid Cedar Side/Back: Zebra
Neck: Nato Fingerboard/Bridge: Rosewood
Tuning Machines: Gold Diecast/Grover Type Button

City Music is at PEACE CENTER. there are many guitar shops at peninsula shopping complex. there's also one at Bras Brasah complex, its Swee Lee. if money isnt a problem to you try Martin lol

Cool, got picture? :x
Lol, I've been to swee lee and peninsula's shops, but always buy something unsuitable, haiz.

Trying not to get something too expensive, budget maybe $500 below. It's okay if a little more expensive although hopefully not, since I'm still saving up, and there's new year soon. :D

go City Music lol. But their range not very wide lah. Custom Acoustic is good though. their website is here

dunno anywhere else le. i think parklane shopping mall got some shops. dunno about brand, but i think i can name a few you can try bah... Yamaha, Fina, Takamine, Maestro, Cort.

Last time had a Fina, I think it was full size. Couldn't even hold it properly so I sold it off -_- Wanted to get a Takamine, but not sure about electric acoustics and it was over budget then..
