suggest of ibanez bass

recently saw a ibanez used soundgear but i dunno which model i think is SRX300, 2 big pick up and got 1 vol, 2 tone , 1 EQ,,, selling at 520, and a roadgear 5 ltd written on the tag looks damm pretty, but made in indo selling at 460 (neg was 660)... got any suggestion?

yeah i saw it lol thx man ... but i got a question why ibanez bass like roadgear and higher end of soundgear use basswood body?... i thought basswood is for cheaper type of bass?

Srx 300

I own a SRX 300 myself... very good and versatile bass, powerful and growly tone..
Decent for slapping too.. Sweelee selling 600 for brand new i think

basswood not necessarily cheaper wood lah. it has its tonal qualities as well. i used to have a srx500 and liked it alot. like what kirin said

a common misconception here would be basswood = lousy/ meant for lower end but that's not the case. in the guitar domain, Satriani/ Petrucci/ Gilbert among others, all specify basswood to be their wood of choice. these guys should know better, right?
