Such a thing as an Ibanez AANJ neck that's fat?

I love the sound of my 2003 Ibanez RG but I'm beginning to dislike the thin Wizard II neck.
It's a thin D shaped profile. I prefer a C-shaped profile.

Is there a way to replace the AANJ neck with a thicker neck, such as a C shaped Charvel like neck?
Is there such a replacement for Ibanez at all?
Pls advise you guys. I dont wish to sell my Ibanez!

'Ibanez' and 'fat neck' almost never appear in the same sentence..

I'm not sure if Warmoth or USACG would make a custom neck that fits your RG exactly. try emailing them.

I'd advise you to keep your Ibanez as-is, and hunt for another guitar with a fatter neck, that sounds as good as your RG (or better)

from my experience, much of a guitar's sound is in the neck, you might not like the sound of a new neck on your RG anyway.

I love my Charvel by the way I got it from swee lee bras basah when they were blowing them out.. you might still be able to get one cheap..

The thickest profile for Ibanez is the RGT series which is almost like a D shaped neck. It is still on the skinny side IMO.
