Can i know where is the cheapest but good jamming studio ?

Fourtones is good. $15 an hour, but there are only two rooms and the place is super popular, so booking must be quite early in advance.

True, but also, expensive doesn't necessarily mean good. Look at Music Ensemble. $18 per hour (quite expensive, comparably) but jamming there is a nightmare for bands of more than three people because the rooms are so small, and extra sockets for pedals are in inconvenient places. Thankfully they've got good equipment to 'balance' it out a bit.
