Try Club Paradise.

Try Club Paradise jamming studio at Tampines which is near my block.
You can try to ask them for 3 amps. Cause the aunti and the guys taking
care of the shop are friendly. I think they can give you one more amp. once
my band ask for a cd player they lent it to us with no extra cost...
